Seems that the audio file is corrupt.
Enjoyed the episode, as always, but I gotta take issue with a couple things.
1. Team builder: I think y'all are coming at this from a particular view. If you have consistent team mates, and time to play, Team builder isn't a help.
If you have a solo, or duo experience if you're lucky, and you get at most 1-2 games a night, team builder is a godsend. If I want to learn to play Tryndamere top, I can either queue up, hope I get teammates who will call roles, and then hope I don't get the person who just picks a top any way, and then tries to force me in to jungle. Or hope that I don't get the team where two players can only play one lane, and one champion, or....
If I'm playing on the weekend, and can play 5-6 games, I'll take a game of getting forced to jungle to learn it. If I'm playing my only game of the night, I want to enjoy it. Improving my play is important, but that's for the weekend....
2. About that "dumb caitlyn" player - y'all hit on it a bit, but from Cait's point of view, she's playing a game with 4 people who don't communicate, and (it sounds like) may have lost a lane or two. She thinks she has 4 randos, a couple of whom aren't that great at the game, and no one is talking. She wants to keep dominating, which she can't do on her own. So she's stepping up to get a tank and some AP to help her out, since she knows that she can win trades. And she's got no one responding, and they just keep screwing around.
Getting angry and quitting is the wrong thing. But (and you did touch on this) not talking to her until after the game, and just playing around her, isn't the right thing either. I know it can feel like "your" game when you're 4 of the 5. But it's not. It's a 5 player team game. And while you did give lipservice to that, it seemed like you still felt like "Yeah, it's everyone's game, sure, but it's mostly ours." Everyone is equal, but some are more equal than others.
I know you guys are good teammates, and good players, but I felt for that Cait player far more than y'all.
The audio file is corrupt :/ No low elo this week :/
Those struggling with a corrupt audio file just click download at the bottom of the description, it opens another page with a different audio player and works fine.
