So...
I'll probably send a email about 3v3 meta, but there something else even more important;
if you have too many friends to run a 3 man team, see if you can set up both sides of TT, with 6 players. Of course it won't be meta-conforming, but then you can enjoy the map, items, etc... of TT without leaving out your friends.
